We're on the hunt for a Senior PMO Analyst to supercharge our financial services team, ensuring our projects soar to success! The dream candidate? Someone with a rock-solid grasp of project management methodologies, a hawk's eye for detail, and the finesse to orchestrate a symphony of project-related activities.


This Senior PMO Analyst won't just be another cog in the wheel. They'll be a consultant for digx, stationed right at the heart of the action – an end client's hub in the West Midlands. As a PMO Analyst at digx, you will:


  • Support Project Manager(s) in implementing PMO policies aligned with industry standards and regulations.

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for consistent project management practices.

  • Continuously improve methodologies, tools, and templates for enhanced project efficiency.

  • Analyse project data to create insightful reports on performance and milestones.

  • Prepare concise presentations and reports for stakeholders on project status and PMO effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation accessible to project teams.

  • Coordinate meetings and communications for effective team collaboration.

  • Assist in project reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.

  • Contribute to risk management by identifying and mitigating project risks.


The experience we're looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Previous experience (5 years +) in a PMO or project support role, preferably within the financial services sector.

  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or project management software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
