WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 

As a Technical Consultant at digx, you'll work closely with our clients to deliver custom Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that are tailored to their unique needs. You'll be responsible for managing environments, implementing customisations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring successful cutover activities for our clients. You'll collaborate with other consultants and developers to deliver exceptional results for our clients, and you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and innovative companies out there.

 

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs for Dynamics F&O implementation.

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions for Dynamics F&O environment, releases, and data management

  • Utilise Azure DevOps for efficient project management, source control, and CI/CD

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts/tools to improve system efficiency and reduce manual work.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, data integrity, and security.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.

  • Plan and execute implementation activities, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.

  • Provide post-implementation support for system stability.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve services.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

 

Essential Experience/Skills:

 

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations implementations, with a focus on environment management, release pipelines, ADO, automation, and data management

  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics F&O architecture, modules, and functionality

  • Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) and its features, including pipelines, boards, and repositories.

  • Experience writing automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.

  • Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, and data migration/integration tools (e.g., Data Entity, DMF, and Logic Apps)

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 

Desirable Experience/Skills:

 

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 F&O functional consulting.

  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O modules and functionality.

  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-330) are a plus.
